I had been taking the original 2 pill Osteo Bi-Flex for over 6 months and was thrilled with the pain relief and joint flexibility it gave. When I saw the one pill version I thought "how convenient" and ordered a bottle. It is MISSING Chondroitin, which the 2-pill version has. It adds vitamin D, which I get plenty of from my multivitamin and calcium supplements. Within a week of switching to the 1 pill, my severe shoulder pain came back as did my knee pain. I am dumping this and going back to the 2 pill regimen! Just back on the 2 pill and my shoulder and knee pain are gone

This really works!

I have never written a review and I have been a prime member for years.I felt compelled to write this one because the results have been great and it's only day 4.I have a torn meniscus and this by far is the best product I have used. I only ordered it because the Flexacil I've been using is out of stock. Needless to say I will not be ordering that again.

Good for lifters who are in denial of getting old!

If you lift weights, you're past the age of 30, and while squatting your knees sound like a bowl of rice crispies in milk, this product is for you. Highly recommend as a good preventative measure for avoiding injury

Best quantity for your buck

I like that you get can do auto ship and not worry about running out. They are hard to swallow due to the size and not being a gel cap. Have noticed better range of motion for no longer than I have been taking the

I haven't noticed a difference…HOWEVER

I've been taking it for a little over 3 weeks now, and I haven't noticed any difference in my joints. HOWEVER...I have noticed that taking the added Vitamin D that is in the product does make me feel happier and in a much better mood

Like that fact you only need one dose a day. This product helps relieve most the pain in my hands as well I am able to have a better grip when hold things
