Read More...There is no way to tell what they do for my vision, but I take aspirin size and capsule size vitamins daily and can swallow 3 or 4 with a gulp of water. However, these pills are fat and most of the time will stick in my throat. I have learned to take only this pill with a very large gulp of water but the damn thing will still stick most of the time. Once it sticks it really sticks and takes almost a bottle of water to get it down. They need to make this pill more of a capsule size diameter

Read More...I ordered AREDS Lutein; however, I should have ordered AREDS 2 with Lutein AND Zeaxanthin! It was my fault, so I have just placed an order for the correct formula recommended for me by the National Eye Institute. The difference is that even though it has been 32 years since I have smoked, I am a former smoker. Had I ordered the correct product, it would be perfect since I have Macular Degeneration. There are so many different AREDS, this should be a warning to your customers to read the contents of these supplements carefully BEFORE they order!
