I have no problems with this product, per se. However, the label shown, including the ingredients, is from 2012, while the manufacturer reformulated the ingredients in 2016. This product no longer contains C.cassia, but 500mg C.burmannii and 125mg of a 4:1 extract of unstated C. species. See the 60 capsule label for the correct ingredients. Because C.burmannii contains 2 times more coumarin than C.cassia, this is a significant change in the ingredients

It smells like cinnamon

I use cinnamon and berberine plus to control my blood sugar. I take a small amount of metformin for type 2 diabetes and check sugar several times a day using the free style Libre but if my blood sugar is trending up, I take a high potency cinnamon and a berberine which will drop the blood sugar enough that I can put off taking my metformin on my regular schedule. My A1c was 11.8 in November 2021, 6.8 in late January and has been in the parameters my Dr has set on my free style 100% for the last several days. It's not varying 5-10% out of zone each day, I'm looking forward to my next Dr visit in August. Poorly controlled blood sugar to pretty well controlled in a fairly short time and staying there thanks to Cinnamon and Berberine plus

Cinnamon Capsules with High Potency Chromium, 1000 mg, 120 Count

( I will put this review on the other 2 vits as I got the 3 of them for all the same reasons) I got this on advice of a natural dr.... to help me sleep deeper and be less anxious... I have seen a bit improvement in that I do not stress out so fast or as often, I was told this might help me with insulin Resistance.. I'm not a dr, but this with the not stress eating, I've already lost enough weight to get into and zip up my "tight" jeans.....these are large capsules so I open them in yogurt or smoothie and it goes down great

Blood sugar

My lips were always dry and chapped. I read that may be a sign of a blood sugar problem. Since I have been taking these, no more chapped lips

Product not correctly described

Product not the same as described. Capsule should have 1000 mg cinnamon but when received it only had 500 mg. Dosage is also doubled so product won't last as lon
