I have had a fatty liver now with abdominal pains pretty much non stop for about 2 yrs i have taken other Milk Thistle products and all i know is i took 2 of these today spread out a bit and now i can barely notice my abdominal pain at all ...i will update later but for now this is the only thing i have really changed or done different and im hoping its the Milk Thistle working

Works for me!

A friend recommended milk thistle to help avoid hangovers after drinking. It helps your liver process the alcohol quicker so you don't feel so sluggish. Used it on my vacation recently (a cruise with lots of tequila) and didn't have one hangover. Popped a few with plenty of water and some headache meds before going to sleep and woke up the next day without the slightest trace of a hangover. I don't drink heavily frequently so not sure if it works like that 100% of the time but this product definitely worked for me the few times I've needed to use it

Not Kidding!!! This STUFF is for REAL!!!

Couple days ago just I found out I have a fatty liver as I have been experiencing alot of right back pain and waking up every morning between 0100 and 0300. Within 30 minutes of taking one pill I felt my body detoxing to tenth power. It worked so well at purging toxins from my body I checked my blood sugar (107) as I felt lightheaded. Back pain went from an eight to a one. All I can say is HOLY MILK THISTLE Puritans Pride!!

Pretty Incredible

I have been none-too-kind to my body/liver over the years. Lifetime prescriptions and shenanigans. There are reviews on here giving accounts of both unknown effectiveness and noticeable results. I would have to agree with the latter. Noticed an almost immediate change in my bodily functions, including digestion, excrements, energy, appetite, metabolism, vitals, etc. I don't know if I'd call it a "miracle" as some do, but time will tell. Do your online research, take it as directed, and make your own decision. I feel honestly healthier after a few days. Always been skeptical of medicine outside of the scholarly (corporate) world, but this is probably something to be paid attention to. Think of it as "milk thistle or silybum". If you think you could be more nice to your valuables (as my DO says), then give it a try. There is nothing to lose

A very nice blend

I have tried several versions of milk thistle caplets. These are the best formula and the capsules are really nice (I can't explain that but trust me, they are). I was not paid for this review. I just really like the

Unfortunatly contains Titanium Dioxide – please keep it simple Puritans Pride!

I was surprised to see Titanium Dioxide as one of the ingredients, used in the coating. The FDA recognized this as 'generally recognized as safe', and a lot of pill manufacturers use this ingredient... but I ask, is this really necessary? I don't care what color my pill is, or if it's opaque and shiny, I just want something simple and pure. After all, it is by "Puritans Pride". I will be looking out for this in the future and buying products that are committed to purity and keeping it simple. Puritans Pride, please re-examine this in your products

great product

This helped me i feel the difference in my body was having some issues with my menstrual cycle. This helped to slow it down along with amother product i bought. I dont know if this was a placibo affect but i also felt relaxed after taking this
