Good product! I’ve been using this particular product for over 5 years. It's the only one that manages my spouse's acid reflux. Each Renewal Life formula has different strains, and this one works the best for us. After trying the 90 billion variant and finding that his reflux returned, I did some research, and this is indeed the best for reflux issues. I also take it because I believe everyone should use a probiotic.

Best probiotic on the market! If I could, I would give it 100 stars! I’m not a paid reviewer, but this product has dramatically changed my life. I've suffered from constant thrush, an oral yeast infection, due to illness, and none of the traditional anti-fungal treatments worked. After using this product suggested on a thrush website, my severe thrush disappeared within a week! Now, I take it whenever I feel symptoms or have to take antibiotics, and I haven't had any yeast infections since then! Although it may be pricey, it's utterly worth it!

CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT IT. I hesitated to spend much on a probiotic but sought a quality, slow-releasing one. These have transformed my life. This is the most helpful supplement for chronic fatigue and significantly reduces my acne breakouts. I take one capsule with breakfast and one with dinner. I've found that taking it before meals is essential, and while the 50 billion works for fatigue, I recommend the 150 billion for acne treatment.

UPDATED 11/11/13: This is my third jar of this probiotic. In two months, I've had one minor cold lasting just 3 days. Meanwhile, my husband remains cold-free. Most effective probiotic I've ever taken. I've been using probiotics for years with varying results. Some promise high potency but deliver little benefit, even if refrigerated. Renew Life Ultimate Flora, however, performs as advertised. I've reordered it several times and have never been disappointed with its potency. I keep one bottle refrigerated and another in my backpack in case I start feeling ill during class. This product has been extremely beneficial in reducing my dairy allergies and has significantly improved my immune function; I hardly get sick after using it during the cold and flu seasons.
