So far I am enjoying this shaker cup. I really dislike having the metal ball in my cup, so this net that it has inside is works perfect. I like the idea of being able to have the choice of the an extra detachment at the bottom for storing extra protein or anything for that matter even for storing my vitamins. So far so good. Thank You

I love the saying too as it reminds me to focus on my journey. What I didn't like was that it leaked around the cap. Not a lot but enough to make me nervous using it. I'll make sure to have a towel over it when I mix going forward just in case

Read More...I ordered this GOMOYO SmartShaker Bottle for my wife to use in her school, and she likes the mint green color. She says she likes the design of the bottle and the inspirational words written on it. My wife says he likes that the lid for the bottle is secured and she has not had any spills so far. She says she likes the materials used in making the smartshaker protein bottle and they seem to be of good quality. A great feature she likes about the bottle is the small storage space at the bottom that's for protein or supplements. My wife says the space is enough for protein which is really helpful especially good to take her protein after she works out. Another feature she likes is that the bottle has a mixer net which helps blend the protein. She likes that the bottle also comes with a strong clip that she uses to attach things to. She says the bottle is easy to hold and handle, soft and smooth to touch, and appears to be durable. She says she has used it in the microwave, and store in the freezer without any issues and that it is easy to clean and wash in the dishwasher. My wife likes that the motivational shaker bottle comes in coral and rose. I would recommend this well designed bottle for anyone who uses protein or supplements for their physical activity

Read More...Love the color and the saying...but I find that protein powder gets stuck in the crevices of the lid and I find myself having to take an instrument to the lid to get the powder out. I most likely will find another cup to use
