Capsules are easier to swallow

I've been taking various Solaray vitamins for decades. Large tablets make me choke. If you take a lot of vitamins, capsule vitamins are easier to swallow. I may weigh only 101 pounds and already 64 years old but I can still wrestle and play with my 75 pound yellow lab

Too much Vitamin A.

Would be a good real good vitamin, but the vitamin A is at a way too high toxic level

One a day…..Really!!!!

Once a day is refreshing. I have worked in the natural products industry. Solaray is a very respected brand. Never disappointed. One a day is my lifestyle. If you closely look at other multi-vits It is requested you take multiple a day. Look closely at the label. This exceeds my expectation

A good brand with a good product that simply delivers

Hello. I've been using Solaray products for over 15 years; and, during this time I have always received high quality vitamins, which had no defects or issues (such as broken seals, missing vitamins, etc.). And, when I take the Solaray vitamins, I can feel them working in a way that is positive, with no side affects. There seem to be a billion companies that sell vitamin and mineral supplements today; and, I have tried some of them. Most have been organic, and all of them have been expensive (in some cases, very expensive). Ironically, none of these have been able to achieve the same level of benefit or feeling of wellness that the Solaray products have been able to achieve. In the past, I have purchased the "Solaray Provide" vitamins: I used them for many, many years. I chose to try the "Solaray High Energy Multivitamin", and in comparison to the Provide vitamins, I receive the same benefit and feeling of wellness after taking them. Other customers have stated that there is a smell or aftertaste with this Multivitamin; however, I have not noticed any peculiar smell or aftertaste. In fact, and for me, there is none. I recommend this Multivitamin very highly. I plan on continuing to use it as long as the formula and the quality is unchanged

Great product for health, energy and mental focus!

This product really makes a difference in my daily energy level! I have much more energy than usual when I am taking it and also feel that my brain is also working better, giving me more focus and cognitive abilities. This company is well-known for its quality products and fair prices

Definitely helps us stay healthy!

My wife and I have been taking these for years! Not sure if it's our genetics, good hygiene or this multi vitamin, but we are rarely ever ever sick. I'd like to think it's because we regularly take this multi vitamin. We always take it after food which helps. If we don't take it with food the vitamin B side od it can make us a little nauseous. But after food is perfect

Funky smell

It's been a few months since I've taken this and so far so good. I'm not a big fan of the smell but it does give you time-released energy. I find it easier on my stomach if I take it with food

Way too much Vitamin A.

Anything over 9300 IU per day for Vitamin A can cause health problems. Do your research! Use caution with this

Product quality obviously going downhill.

Was a 4-5 star, now three. Product control slipping, some capsules about 1/2 full, too much free form powder on inside of container. Switching to another product. Disappointing from Solaray, knocks a notch off the high esteem I once had for this brand overall. I've been taking these for years. No more
