This is the best product!! I have used other Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM products before but I have not had the results that I've had with this, plus Vitamin C is included in this product (most people do not realize Vit C will help your body absorb the glucosamine chondroitin MSM and enhance the results) This has definitely helped relieve the pain and swelling I had in my knees, I have much better mobility since taking it. This isn't a use once and you'll feel great, you need to give the product 30 days to get totally into your system but the longer you use it the better you will feel

Good quality, good price

This is the general ratio of ingredients that my orthopedic doc recommends for my knees. The price is better than most on the market, and ConsumerLab, who tests supplements, gives it their O.K. for content and purity. If you're just starting to take this, be aware that you have to load up for at least a month before any effect kicks in, and then make sure and take it regularly

Glucosamine for my broken knee!!!

I've used this brand a few years ago when a broke my knee. Later, I found something similar at a lower price. When, recently, I started looking for calcium at a reasonable price, I found, at Amazon, this product with Ester C, at the same price my last product was but it is Glucosamine -I do not remember originally, how much this product cost (without Ester C). I take daily 2 tablets in the a.m., when (now) my two knees are achy, along with vitamin D, and the rest of vitamins for the day. Later, I realize I do not have pain anywhere in by body, it last the whole day. I'm ready to order another bottle. 180 tablets last 3 months, with this economy without hope, it is an excellent help. Recommended 100% for women over 50, at such of low price at Amazon!!

Helps my bad knees

I use these all the time and they have really helped my knee. I tore out my ACL over 25 years ago in a motorcycle wreck but didn't know it until 15 years later when they had to cut out half my cartilage.I was getting synvisc shots and cortisone and still limping so bad I was about to go to a cane. I was taking 2 aleve every night. I cut out the pills and started taking Glucosamine Chondroitin and it took several months but it eventually got much better and less pain. I still limp due to movement restrictions and I still have some pain but it is a lot better overall

It really works

My mother (74) began using it 15 years ago, it works... she is comfortable, the pain has gone... she evaided surgery, quality life for her. We did at some point in the 15 years try other brands... her pain an discomforts began almost with in a month everytime we tried some other brand.... so its solgar or not.... There is a reason you should stick with this brand ! Thank you Solga

Made me sick

I have arthritis. I also have a statistical background. I read all the studies I could find online about products like this. The received opinion now is that glucosamine and chondroitin don't work - at least in their cloride forms. It may still be true that the sulfide version of glucosamine is effective - but maybe not. On the other hand MSM does seem to work especially in combination with glucosamine and chondroitin. There are at least three studies of MSM that are positive for pain relief. So I started to take it and I seemed to feel better. I increased the dosage up to what the manufacturer recommends. I started getting sick. Nausea, diarrhea, insomnia and agitation. Side effects

Excellent product

In all honesty, it's hard to tell what, if any, effect various supplements have on us. But I've been taking this now for about 10 years after seriously wearing down my knees from long-distance jogging up and down hills (5- 15 miles at a time.) My knees were so bad at one point I was almost limping. I credit the glucosamine/chondroitin/MSN (along with common sense to take it easier!) in making my knees stronger now than they were 10 years ago, and I still jog occasionally. The Solgar brand is the best I have found. I believe it really works, but it needs to be taken consistently long-term to help remedy long-term damage

Been Taking This For Years!

All I can say is that this is the ONLY brand of Glucosamine Chindroitin that has worked for me. I've tried other brands and sources, but none can match the efficacy of Solgar - in my humble opinion. This was recommended to me back in the 1990s by a family member. I was skeptical at first; so was my wife! We both now take this product - daily - without exception. Thanks Solgar! Great for Aching Knee Joints

I've had bad knees for several years and a friend recommended Glucosamine w/Chondroitin MSM. It takes about a month for the pills to take effect and I have noticed a big difference in my ability to get up and down off the floor or from a chair. I recommend this product, you must take as prescribed everyday and continue forever. I stopped for a month to see if the pills worked and they do work! What are you waiting for? May have worked, but this upset my digestive system

Know that any foreign additive to one's diet is a bit of a roll of the dice. I came up snake-eyes on this one, as my digestive system did not take to this formula. I'm sorry to say that I had to discontinue after three weeks of hoping my body would acclimate. As soon as I stopped taking this, my system returned to normal function. Might work for you but not everyone's chemistry is built for this or any nutrient supplement. On to the next attempt..
