This definitely helps! I struggle with terrible insomnia and have tried 13 prescription sleep medications and around 11 OTC and herbal remedies with no success. Melatonin alone doesn’t help – I may fall asleep but wake up a couple of hours later and can’t get back to sleep, which is infuriating! However, this blend significantly aids me. Eating the gummy while settling down is also beneficial for managing my anxiety.
