Works for me. I use this all the time. I take medication for breast cancer and need to take calcium. I've been using this supplement for two and a half years now; it is a rather large capsule and a bit hard to swallow, but easier than a tablet. I take two every day without any stomach upset or constipation. It works well for me; my calcium tests are always good.

I cannot take osteoporosis medications due to a drug conflict, but after taking these supplements for about 10 years, my osteoporosis has resolved. I always choose this brand.
