My bloodwork came back low calcium, and my endocrinologist recommended I take 1200mg of Calcium and 1000 units of Vitamin D every day. So I came to Amazon to find a good supplement to take. I was MOST CONCERNED about pill size. I HATE large pills!!! Why are vitamins and supplements usually so darn big? I went with this brand because the reviews stated they were easy to swallow. I received the bottle yesterday, and please be advised, the pills are huge. When I saw them, I was like WTF... but also be advised, they truly are easy to swallow! It is not a hard pill. It is soft, and buoyant, and it just goes right down with zero issues. You'll need to take two per day

EASY TO SWALLOW QUALITY CALCIUM CAPSULS

I got tired of not being able to find liquid calcium at the store when I am about out. I found these online and showed them to my doctor. My calcium was low so I faithfully used these for a set amount of time and when I had my calcium levels checked again they were up. It is about a 3 month supply so easy to re-order when you are almost out. I am pre-osteoporosis so I am taking these daily to maintain bone mass. The capsules are big but EASY to swallow. The liquid gel caps are easily absorbed. I take two daily, one in the morning and one at night with a vitamin D supplement as recommended by my doctor. Both levels increased after taking for a set amount of time and re-testing levels. I highly recommend these capsules to thwart off Osteoporosis. They are very inexpensive if you compare it to even the best of brands

Don't buy gel vitamins or gummies from Amazon as they may not be storing optimally.

After opening the bottle of my order it stunk so bad i did an exchange, which was no hassle, but the second bottle was the same awful odor. I called manufacturer and they said it's okay it's probably due to storage practices, if they are stored above 71 degrees the gel capsule starts to melt and the natural product used for the gel releases the odor. It's safe to take and doesn't compromise the potency. Im leaving the jar open for a couple hours to see if the smell dissipates, if not I will return them for a refund to Amazon. I am trying a different seller who's business is vitamins and hopefully stores the product properly and the odor won't be there

They're supposed to be YELLOW…

These pills are huge! But, they're legit. Product info and ingredients have been changed because of bad ingredients & customer complaints. If anyone would actually do research you'd note that the previous white pills contained TITANIUM OXIDE...for those of you not familiar with that, it's basically used as a pigment to BLEACH products...like the vitamin C you were previously putting in your body before this companies manufacturer was intelligent enough to stop using it. My stomach has been a LITTLE upset but I take a lot of vitamins so I can't pinpoint it down to the calcium

Works for Me

I use this all the time. I take medicine for breast cancer, and need to take calcium, I've been taking this supplement for 2 and a half years now, it is a very large capsule a little hard to get down, but goes down easier than a tablet. I take 2 every day, without any stomach upset or constipation. Works good for me, my calcium test are always good

Take em if you need calcuim!

The pills are BIG, I hate taking medicine just for that particular reason! BUTTT, my doctor said my calcuim level is very low and I have no choice to take em. I don't know if my mind playing tricks on me but after a couple days of taking em, I can feel a difference in my body. In a good way!! They don't have no wierd taste or smell. Just BIG lol.

Cannot Live Without This, and Get the Subscribe and Save!

I had surgery and had a difficult time with absorbing my vitamins before they would escape my body. These are awesome soft capsules, not tablets, and I feel like I am really getting the full benefit from them. When I have had bloodwork, my levels have been perfect, so I feel they are working. I am not a doctor, nor will I even pretend to say I play one on tv (!), but that was my experience. I know you may think you have seen these at another store, but they never have them. This is the only place I can find this product, and in the dose that I want. I only take one a day, and that is at night. It is so tempting to squeeze them because they are so soft and squishy, but be careful! While it takes a whole lot of pressure to make it burst, you do not want to swallow it once you have. The calcium inside does not taste good. So... lesson learned and shared, do not be tempted to squeeze the capsules hard, you will end up with a gooey, creamy, calcium mess on your hands, and it does not taste ideal. Overall, I cannot rate this product high enough! Do yourself a favor and rush out an order these, and be sure to set up the subscribe and save because you will want to keep getting the product and never run out. And the discount is an added bonus! Stop going to the store trying to hunt something down! Give yourself a break and use Amazon

I really like this product

I used to get this product at CVS pharmacy. They quit carrying it so I turned to amazon. I really like this product, it's In a liquid gel form, plus vitamin A. Easy to digest. I Don't like automatic shipping. I don't need that many capsules in a month. It'd be worth it if my daughter could use but she can't so I'm stuck with too much of this product. Maybe I need to stop automatic shipment and order as needed. .Its a great product

Great Value

I have always taken Nature's Bounty calcium supplement with D3 but it is much more expensive than Sundown brand. All the same units and of calcium and D3 so I have switched my subscribe and save purchases from Nature's Bounty to Sundown and saved money

Can't live without them.

I was having terrible knee pain. I was told by a doctor that I would need surgery. I actually scheduled the surgery. A friend convinced me to try taking Sundown Calcium 1200 plus Vitamin D3. She suggested to give it at least two weeks to work. I can thankfully say, I canceled the surgery. I don't have knee pain any more. That was so many years ago. I always recommend Sundown calcium to my friends
