I take this along with Celadrin for my arthritis. My finger joints were swelling and painful, but within a week of starting this, the pain in my right hand stopped. Although my left hand was in worse shape, the pain eventually subsided completely, allowing me to return to normal life without discomfort.

After battling acne for about 33 years and trying countless treatments, borage oil was a game changer for me. I noticed clearer skin within the first week and haven’t had new pimples since. Borage Oil is fantastic! My daughter had eczema in her arm creases, and after applying the oil for two nights, her eczema vanished! It has also repaired eczema under her eyes, despite the irritants from smoke. I apply this oil for an overnight treatment on my face too—it's as good as another costly product I once used. We just puncture the capsules for easy use, and it absorbs well into our skin.

This helps relieve pain but takes a few days. My back is easily hurt and I do not wish to take pain medication continually. I found Borage Oil to really help; it takes a couple of weeks, but suddenly I notice my back no longer hurts.

This is the one you want. It has the right amount of GLA you need for your health. Cheaper brands lack sufficient GLA, which explains their lower cost. I take this to keep my psoriasis under control, two in the morning and two in the evening—when I remember. It clears up my skin issues in just a few days and is slowly helping my nails return to normal.
