A natural pain killer. Due to my painful periods, my body no longer responds to ibuprofen as it used to, given that I often take it. I decided to try cinnamon, which may reduce inflammation and thus alleviate pain. I took 2 capsules daily, for 2 weeks prior to my period — not advising this, just sharing my method. The subsequent period was less painful. Additionally, it helped me recover more quickly when I was unwell. I love this product's quality; it has a lovely cinnamon aroma, and I can even detect a hint of the taste. Just a note that the capsule size isn’t particularly small.
