More Potent than Mercola's Krill , Less Fishy and Less Expensive
I love NOW supplements and find the company to be highly reputable and their products to be high quality and reasonably priced. These are the highest quality Krill oil supplements from NKO that I can find. Mercola (which I've bought in the past) used to be better quality. These NOW NKO Krill have higher Omegas and astaxanthin (antioxidant with all kinds of health benefits). Also, I noticed that the NOW doesn't smell fishy like the bottle of Mercola does. I'll stick with NOW Krill from now on. The NOW have an enteric coating and krill doesn't spoil like other fish oils tend to due to the high antioxidant levels, from what I've read. Mercola used to manufacture high quality krill oil, but they've since changed suppliers and the quality is worse than what it was. They are trying to fool consumers with a "new and improved" label, but the comparison below speaks for itself. Mercola Krill Oil: 1,000 mg genuine Krill Oil 150 IU vitamin A 400 mg omega-3 rich phospholipids 90 mg EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 50 mg DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) 20 mg omega-6 fatty acids 600 mcg astaxanthin Now's NKO Krill Neptune Krill Oil (NKO) 1.0 g (1,000 mg) Omega-3 Fatty Acids 300 mg Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) 150 mg Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) 90 mg Other Omega-3 Fatty Acids 60 mg Omega-6 Fatty Acids 20 mg Omega-9 Fatty Acids 100 mg Phospholipids 400 mg Esterified Astaxanthin 1.25 mg Choline 70 m
