Easy to swallow, small sized gel cap

Due to the current pandemic, we as a family have decided to take more vitamins. This vitamin A gel cap is small and easy to swallow. We are using the recommended dose and feel this product provides a good value

These are part of my daily health regimen.

I bought these because I was informed by a health professional that they are very useful in boosting and maintaining the immune system. For obvious reasons, we should all be focusing on our immune systems at the present time, so this product is very relevant. The capsules are very easy to swallow. I did not experience any nausea, even when taken on an empty stomach and in combination with other vitamins. I am not sure about how my night vision has been affected yet so I could not rate them a 5 in this area. I recommend these. The seller's delivery service was excellent

Night blindness can get better with vitamin A'

Night blindness is dangerous and I thought mine was inherited as it ran in the family. After taking vitamin A 10,000 units along with beta carotene 25,000 units daily I noticed a gradual improvement and resolution of the night blindness after 3-4 months
