Swiss Kriss is pretty much the only thing that has worked for me, I have tried countless products, even prescriptions from my doctor with no results. I really doubted that it would work but a friend insisted that I try it. So glad I did. It works wonderfully and naturally, no cramping, no horrible urge to have to “go right now!” I have dealt with this for 40 years,having to take laxatives or get sick. Wish I had Swiss Kriss 40 years ago!!! I highly recommend trying Swiss Kris'

Didn't work for me!

After reading all the positive reviews I was excited to finally find something that works. I took two tablets at night and I must say I was a bit nervous because I had read that it works between 6 to 9 hours and didn't want to have an accident. Well, an entire day went by and nothing happened. I took another two tablets the following day and again nothing happened. I must say I am disappointed in reading all these positive comments and didn't experience the same

Great for chronic constipation

I have been using this for over a year now. It's herbal and gentle. I take 2 1/2 tablets per night and it really does the trick. I take it in the evening with 8 oz of water

I see some people saying to take 2 or 3 of these a night but honestly 1 works best for me. Really helps clear out the system and let me tell you man you'll be dropping some mondo dukes if you're not carefu

So.... I had to look up dosage since their barcode label covered entire directions. That should be corrected in my opinion. Will update after a few doses
