Read More...I love these drops. I make myself hot tea with a full dropper with honey daily (sometimes twice). Today I added some lemon as well. I have been dealing with some congestion (not sure if it's due to allergies or a cold) and after drinking this my sinuses seem to clear up. I've been dealing with some auto immune inflammation and I'm hoping that drinking this long term will help improve some of my symptoms. We'll see but so far this has been something I have really enjoyed as a daily treat
Read More...I'm just now finishing my 2nd bottle. I was looking for something with easy to absorb Turmeric. Very few here who have done reviewed have talked about the inflamation reduction / pain relief aspect of this product, but I'm here to say that it makes a difference. At least I think it does! lol A few years ago I broke my neck. I'll spare all the details, but to this day I have anything from persistent, annoying pain... to bouts of horrible debilitating pain. Recently it was starting to get bad again so I decided on two new steps to try to calm it down. 1) Wearing my neck brace for a few hours every day, and 2) researching Turmeric products to take. And even though very few reviewers even touched the pain relief properties of this product, it looked like it was worth a chance to me. Now I'm not sure how much of my pain relief since I've started taking this product is due to this product, the neck brace, or just the normal ebb and flow of the pain... but I'm happy to report that since I started taking these Mary Ruth drops, my pain is SO MUCH better! The instructions on how much to take are kind of confusing, lol, so I take two half-drops twice a day and that seems to work. (the bottle barely makes it through the month, so manage it closely) So overall I'm very happy with this product
Read More...I never write a review for products I buy but I had to this time. I have bursitis in my right hip due to scoliosis since I was a child. I have been in pain for the past year and a half on a pain scale of 7ish about 75 to 80% of my day everyday. Some mornings I could barely bend over after getting out of bed. I am a very active person, 55 year old female in great health . This was getting the best of me. I have had 3 cortisone shots in my hip. The last one was Dec 2022. They helped some but only for the first week or so. Anyway I bought this stuff and have been taking one dose every morning for 2 weeks. My pain has totally disappeared to almost nothing! Maybe a tweak here and there but I consider myself pain free at this point. I highly recommend this stuff! It truly works

Read More...I found this to be very easy to take and figured out how much to take by counting the drop for the first few dropper fills. The taste is meh 🫤 but I take it fist and then my other vitamins. The one unexpected thing I found is that my blood sugar stabilized. No more shakes when it's getting low. What a blessing that is. My swelling has finally gone down and that has caused reduced pain in my knee. It takes about a week to feel the effects but to me it's worth it every day
