PMS barrier!! I have sought a remedy for PMS for ages. I was constantly concerned about lower abdominal pain, tearfulness, nervousness, irritability, headaches, and breast discomfort. Due to adenomyosis and fibroids, I was cautious with contraceptive pills. I tried various folk remedies, and vitex didn't work for me. I began taking evening primrose oil from the 14th day of my cycle, one capsule twice daily, adding magnesium and calcium at night, while avoiding chocolate and dairy. My cycle has finally stabilised at 28 days, previously between 21-26 days. My skin has improved, the pain has subsided, and my breasts have calmed down. I suggest that women try this remedy in phase two of the cycle for an enhanced quality of life.

I was always troubled by pain in my lower abdomen, tearfulness, and headaches. Given my adenomyosis and fibroids, I was hesitant to try contraceptives. Searching for remedies, I found vitex ineffective. I began taking evening primrose oil from the 14th day of my cycle, one capsule twice a day, added magnesium and calcium at night, while cutting out chocolate and dairy. My cycle has now lengthened to 28 days from 21-26 days. My skin is clearer, the pain has diminished, and my discomfort is reduced. I encourage women to try this remedy in the second phase of their cycle for a more vibrant life.

Since being diagnosed with uterine adenomyosis following endometriosis and uterine fibroids, I am undergoing treatment. I've managed to stop my periods with medication, but the side effects have led to much irregular bleeding, which, coupled with anaemia, has been distressing. After I started taking one tablet at breakfast, my symptoms improved dramatically. Although I still face irregular bleeding, I believe it has been effective for my physical complaints.

I've been anemic for the last few years, experiencing severe headaches and palpitations after minimal movement. At a health checkup, my count was low at 8, and though an iron supplement was prescribed, it was unsuitable as I felt too unwell to move. My anaemia stems from menorrhagia linked to adenomyosis. Since surgery, my menstrual flow has decreased significantly, yet my levels were still insufficient, prompting me to use supplements. I take them confidently with no side effects. Previously, getting out of bed during my period was challenging, but now I feel a bit more refreshed.
