Although our findings indicate differences in PAT thickness related to vitamin D treatment, we did not conduct a controlled trial that would allow us to claim a definitive benefit of vitamin D3 alone on cardiovascular health. It appears that further investigation is necessary to clarify these relationships and understand the mechanisms at play.

Great! My child has bronchitis, and every ARVI turns into bronchitis, resulting in asthma. We've relied on Berodual and Pulmicort. Recently, I started using echinacea, initially giving it for prevention for ten days. Now, I use it only when she starts feeling unwell, combined with liquid vitamin C. Despite her being unwell three times, she didn't go into bronchitis once. I'm very satisfied.

Echinacea is an excellent remedy for colds. At the first sign of illness or contact with sick individuals, we take it. My son enjoys its sweet taste. Our whole family uses it, and I have given it to my child since he was two. It's my number one remedy, and I always stock up!

My condition was dreadful (I am 40 years old, I lead a healthy lifestyle) —the pulse soared to 100-110, low blood pressure, constant headaches, especially when the weather changed, panic attacks, lack of air, etc. The examination showed nothing; doctors diagnosed me with vegetative-vascular dystonia and prescribed sedatives, Panangin, Mildronat, which barely helped. After months of spending a lot on our medicines, I realised it was all futile. I registered for IHerb and purchased Nature's Answer Gotu Kola and Doctor's Best Ginkgo, followed by Nature's Plus Heartbeat. After two months: I feel great (in any weather), with a steady pulse around 80 and normal pressure. It’s wonderful to be healthy! The supplements worked wonders!

My husband used this nettle root in a prostatitis treatment programme. We tried four brands; this one was the best for price and dosage, and worked excellently. When my husband took the dietary supplements without this nettle root, the results were less noticeable. It's unfortunate that nettle root is rarely available and often out of stock. The nettle leaf cannot substitute the root, as they have quite distinct effects. For male health issues, one must take the nettle root.
