Pyridoxine alleviates carpal tunnel syndrome
Clinical results of a cross-over treatment with pyridoxine and placebo of the carpal tunnel syndrome.
We evaluated the effects of pyridoxine, or vitamin B6, on carpal tunnel syndrome through a crossover treatment involving a placebo. Our findings highlighted a significant vitamin B6 deficiency in patients, which was addressed effectively with a dosage of 100 mg, leading to symptom relief and normalization of joint flexion.
Interestingly, when patients switched to placebo, both the deficiency and symptoms returned. This cycle reinforced the idea that vitamin B6 plays a critical role in alleviating the syndrome. Overall, we found that increased B6 intake led to improved symptoms, similar to previous studies.

ALA improves CTS recovery outcomes
Effect of Alpha-Lipoic Acid on Clinical and Neurophysiologic Recovery of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome: A Double-Blind, Randomized Clinical Trial.
We aimed to see how alpha-lipoic acid (ALA) affects recovery from carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) after surgery. In a well-structured study with 20 adults, half received ALA while the others received a placebo for three months.
The results were promising! Those taking ALA experienced significant improvements in both clinical signs and neurophysiologic measurements, even before their surgery. Notably, none in the ALA group showed positive signs of Tinel’s or Phalen’s tests at 12 weeks post-surgery, which is fantastic compared to the placebo group.
In the end, ALA appears to enhance recovery from CTS effectively, supporting its use alongside surgery.

Alpha Lipoic Acid for polyneuropathy and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. I took it alongside phosphatidylserine; I experienced severe pain in my wrist joint and hand due to nerve entrapment and swelling caused by the nerve being clamped in the bone canal. After using it for approximately six months, the pain has dissipated. Alpha Lipoic Acid at 600 mg is a suitable dosage. I am pleased with the purchase.

B12 treatment shows promise for CTS
Amelioration by mecobalamin of subclinical carpal tunnel syndrome involving unaffected limbs in stroke patients.
We explored the effects of mecobalamin, a form of B12, on carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) in patients who have experienced a stroke.
In our study, 67 stroke patients took 1500 mcg of mecobalamin daily for two years, while 68 others did not receive treatment.
Surprisingly, we found that the treated group showed significant improvements in nerve function on their nonparetic side compared to those who didn't receive the supplement. Sensory functions notably improved, and the treatment was found to be safe with no side effects.
This suggests that B12 can be a beneficial therapy for managing CTS post-stroke.

No more finger numbness! I was diagnosed with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and began searching for solutions, which led me to this supplement. After about a week of taking it, I noticed the numbness in my fingertips diminishing, and a month later, it has completely disappeared. It’s worth noting that the Carpal Tunnel Syndrome was relatively mild.

I highly recommend it! After experiencing numbness at the base of my thumb, I discovered it was Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Methylcobalamin was prescribed, and after researching, I found that vitamin B12 was the primary component. I took one capsule with dinner, along with a support band, and the numbness faded after three consecutive days. Although I still feel a little uncomfortable, it is improving daily, and I will continue taking it.

Eliminated wrist pain
Most Useful Review

I ran out of stock, so I bought this one. Previously, I took 40,000 SPU (three times a day on an empty stomach). I have wrist pain (Carpal Tunnel Syndrome) from frequent use of the mouse and keyboard. It actually eliminated the wrist pain that I’ve had for over 15 years. It took six months to heal. I believe the research that suggests it eliminates internal scars or muscle knots. If my review was helpful to you, please click 👍.

Great product! I bought it for a Carpal Tunnel Syndrome that I’d suffered for seven years. It helped me and reduced the frequency with which my hands would fall asleep at night.
