Quercetin helps alleviate allergy symptoms
We conducted a 4-week study to assess how a quercetin-containing supplement could help relieve allergy symptoms, particularly for those suffering from eye and nose discomfort.

In a randomized, placebo-controlled setup, 66 participants ingested either 200 mg of quercetin or a placebo daily.

We found that those taking quercetin experienced notable improvements in symptoms like eye itching and sneezing, leading to a better overall quality of life. Minor side effects were reported, but they were not significant enough to detract from the benefits observed.

It has been a year since I started suffering from congenital allergic conjunctivitis. After using quercetin, my allergy frequency has reduced significantly. Additionally, I've had less sneezing due to rhinitis. I hope to enjoy this improvement for life and highly recommend it!

Recently, popular antibacterial deodorants irritated my eyes. Upon examination by an ophthalmologist, I learned my cornea was damaged due to severe dry eye and allergic conjunctivitis. I was prescribed steroid eye drops and dry eye drops, but I believed I could manage it myself and opted for vitamin A. I feel that my recovery has been quicker than before.
