This helped with my allergic conjunctivitis, which antihistamine eye drops could not relieve. According to my doctor, it wasn’t viral or bacterial conjunctivitis. After finding that bromelain and quercetin could reduce allergic responses, I began taking it. Four a day for a week eliminated my itchy eyes, and now, into the third week, I have no itchy eyes or other allergic symptoms. I’m so pleased it worked for me with no side effects thus far.
