This is a miracle! I can't keep quiet about my happiness. After starting hyperthyroidism two years ago, I lost 10 kg, but I was troubled by facial swelling. I discovered potassium and decided to try it. After just a week of taking it, my face began to normalise, and I've lost about 2 kg of water weight. My energy has returned, and my heart rate has decreased. I hope my experience encourages others to consider this dietary supplement.

This is a good and effective supplement for supporting the endocrine system. Selenium is a vital trace element for health, yet it is often deficient in our diets, leading to health issues and adversely affecting thyroid function. I use this selenium to support my thyroid and aid iodine absorption, which is impaired without selenium. This supplement features a beneficial active form (selencysteine) and an adequate prophylactic daily dose (200 mg), along with vitamin E, an essential antioxidant. I take this for my hyperthyroidism and recommend it to anyone with similar concerns.

Improved thyroid levels

Excellent! Ever since I learned that selenium can reduce antibodies and peroxidase related to Hashimoto’s hyperthyroidism, and also protect the thyroid gland, I have been purchasing it for my mother. The peroxidase is now normal, though the antibody level remains slightly high. However, it’s already a significant improvement as medication alone couldn't achieve this. I am very satisfied with the effects of selenium.

I recommend vitamin D for those with autoimmune diseases like hyperthyroidism. Since starting the supplement, I've felt better, experienced less pain, and have more energy. I now sleep well and believe I will recover completely. I was advised to take it by a gynaecologist I met. Surprisingly, no endocrinologist suggested a blood test for my vitamin levels. I take 2 capsules (10,000 units) with vitamin C at breakfast.

Healthy balance

I've been taking vitamin D for a year, also giving it to my mother and son. During the pandemic, we took it daily. My hyperthyroidism improved, and my TSH levels rose, allowing me to avoid medication during pregnancy. My son stopped sweating at night and became healthier overall. I recommend everyone take vitamin D!
