Great Mannose!!! We're using it for our child, following a 2-3 month course with breaks as advised by the nephrologist. After dealing with primary pyelonephritis and constant relapses for three years, D-Mannose was recommended and became our last hope. Within 2 weeks of use, our tests normalised. We are optimistic, and while the background of an acute viral infection is ongoing, our child's health remains stable.

An excellent preparation for treating genitourinary infections caused by E. coli! I have chronic cystitis, urethritis, and pyelonephritis for over three years with frequent relapses. D-Mannose is effective whenever E. coli is present. Previously, antibiotics upset my stomach, but with D-mannose, I avoid side effects. It's important to get a urine culture first, as D-mannose only works for E. coli. I follow the recommended dosage during relapses and take it for prevention.
