Red elm bark acts as a soothing agent. It has shown efficacy in alleviating symptoms related to inflammatory bowel diseases such as Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. The antioxidants in red elm bark benefit intestinal tissues, helping with constipation. Additionally, it soothes coughs and aids in relieving upper respiratory inflammation from conditions like bronchitis and asthma. Notably, red elm bark effectively addresses laryngitis and sore throats, including voice loss.

An excellent remedy for the first signs of a cold, laryngitis, sore throat, and more. It locally removes the inflammatory process and is suitable for both children and adults. With a pleasant sweet taste, anyone who has experienced elderberry knows its benefits. I always keep it in my first aid kit as a superb alternative to pharmacy "pacifiers" that only alleviate symptoms without providing a cure. I definitely recommend it!

Elderberry with zinc and vitamin C is excellent for the initial signs of a cold. Elderberry boasts numerous beneficial properties. It contains amino acids, pectins, carotene, fructose, glucose, ascorbic and acetic acids, as well as tannins, vitamins A and B (1, 2, 5, 6, 9), PP, C; minerals like copper, iron, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, magnesium, calcium; and trace elements such as selenium, zinc. An infusion of dried elderberries enhances bile secretion, increases urine output, and encourages intestinal movement. Tea or infusion of elder flowers is recommended for Laryngitis, bronchitis, flu, and other conditions. My family takes this remedy at the first sign of a cold—when a runny nose or sore throat appears—we dissolve a pill under the tongue, ideally before bedtime. Within 2-3 days, it effectively helps to prevent illness.
