Magnesium improves lupus symptoms in mice
Revised version with tracked changes oral Magnesium reduces levels of pathogenic autoantibodies and skin disease in murine lupus.
We explored the impact of magnesium on lupus by feeding MRL/lpr female mice either a standard or a high magnesium diet over nine weeks. The results showed that the mice on the high magnesium diet experienced fewer skin lesions and reduced pathogenic antibodies.
This suggests magnesium could have a protective effect against lupus symptoms. However, while magnesium treatment demonstrates some promise in improving certain disease markers, it is essential to remember that further research is necessary to confirm its effectiveness in humans.
Normalised sleep
Most Useful Review
I ordered Magnesium to assist with my sleep problems caused by work stress and extreme fatigue. This product from Best Company has proven to be the best. After taking just one pill, I am grateful that my sleep pattern has normalised. I now enjoy deeper sleep because this formulation absorbs well. The packaging is generous and it has no taste.

Vitamin D enhances immune response in lupus
Vitamin D Presented In Vitro Immunomodulatory Property on T Lymphocyte-Related Cytokines in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus.
We explored how vitamin D influences immune responses in women with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Blood samples from 27 patients were used to isolate immune cells and examine the impact of 1,25 dihydroxyvitamin D3 on various cytokines.
Our findings revealed that this form of vitamin D significantly reduced certain pro-inflammatory cytokines while simultaneously increasing beneficial ones, suggesting its potential to improve immune regulation in lupus. However, not all cytokine levels were affected.
Overall, vitamin D shows promise in helping manage inflammatory responses related to SLE.

Innovative treatment methods

I suffer from five autoimmune diseases, including Lupus. At 35, I collapsed and couldn't walk for two years. Initially, I was on Prednisolone, but it worsened my condition. I soon realised the dangers of Prednisolone and managed to stop using it. Through my experiments, I found that Heel preparations, ozone therapy, and Colostrum were effective treatments. Colostrum has T-suppressors that help reduce the immune system's aggression towards my own organs. During severe flare-ups, I'd take up to 9 capsules daily, but now I take just 1 daily and increase it during exacerbations.

I will never be without this! I have Lupus and other immune issues, and it helps me avoid depending on steroids. Once, I ran out and experienced a severe flare-up that took months to recover from. I refuse to let that happen again!
