He saved me from menopause! Due to it, there are many days I can't sleep. Even when I do manage to drift off, I often wake. I tried sleeping pills but was concerned about depression and dementia, so I turned to melatonin. Some may be sensitive, but if taken an hour before bed, I find it effective. Within 30 minutes, I feel drowsy, and closing my eyes leads me to sleep. I'm thrilled to have felt sleepy again after so long! I do wake for bathroom trips occasionally, but I sleep soundly until morning! I worry about its effectiveness, so I use it every other day, yet after a month, I can now sleep without it!
