Magmind has been a regular purchase for me. In the past, recalling things was quite challenging, but I find it much easier now. I plan to continue with it. I first learned about magnesium threonate around 18 years ago when research was just beginning. Although I didn't notice a significant effect until three weeks ago, I have since improved dramatically, recalling meals and appointments I previously forgot.
