I've been using iHerb Mall for 10 years, and it's a product I've steadily purchased since the beginning. I can't live without this during the winter between seasons. Not only does it serve as a cold remedy, but it also helps with fatigue and muscle pain after a long day at work.

As with homeopathic treatments, the effectiveness seems to vary significantly based on the symptom. I used it for fever and muscle pain, and it dramatically relieved them after one day of use. However, during a similar fever with mild muscle pain, its effectiveness was less pronounced. Regardless, I always keep this product on hand due to its overall efficacy.

Excellent and useful product. I previously suffered from general fatigue and muscle pain, but all of that has disappeared. My migraine also improved significantly, nearly resolving after using this product.
