This vitamin complex is genuinely effective, but I advise against taking it for over a month unless there's severe zinc deficiency. Following a doctor's guidance, I took it for a month. I noticed hair loss decreased and new skin rashes stopped appearing, alongside a boost in energy. It's imperative not to exceed the recommended dosage, with a doctor's consultation for prolonged use.

Fewer rashes observed
This product helped tackle vitiligo prescribed by the doctor. We discovered a zinc deficiency through testing and began treatment. The number of rashes has reduced, although the white spots persist but are not worsening. It’s effective but we take breaks from it. Plus, it’s reasonably priced compared to pharmacies.
