I initially purchased these due to my Insulin Resistance, as I had read that cinnamon and chromium help with this condition. I usually have a strong sweet tooth, but that has ceased since starting these tablets. After running out, my sugar cravings resurfaced, so I've made sure to stock up to avoid running out again. Although the instructions suggest taking four a day, I find that two in the evening work well for me. An amazing product, I would highly recommend it!
