Iron deficiency anemia linked to headaches
We explored whether iron deficiency anemia is connected to chronic daily headaches in a group of 100 patients compared to an equal number of controls.

The study revealed a significant link between iron deficiency anemia and chronic daily headaches. Interestingly, those with severe anemia experienced more intense headache symptoms.

While other iron-related factors were associated with headaches, the type and duration of headaches did not seem to vary significantly among patients.

No headaches
These pills don’t upset my stomach; I hardly notice if I've taken them. Unlike other iron pills that usually give me a mild headache and stomach discomfort, I don't have to stress about that with these. They are easy to swallow.

I love this product! I've previously tried numerous iron supplements that caused headaches and weren’t effective, so I avoided taking them. I discovered this slow-release supplement, which was reasonably priced and well-reviewed. It worked without causing headaches and helped resolve my mild anaemia. The pills are small and easy to take—very helpful. While it may not suit everyone, it's a solid product for a fair price.
