Excellent folic acid; the rash on my hands from the Russian folk remedy has disappeared! I’ve read numerous articles about the benefits of folic acid, particularly when planning a pregnancy. We don’t get enough from food alone, as it’s found in parsley, cabbage, cucumbers, and lentils, among others. Sadly, it breaks down during cooking! My doctor prescribed Foliber, 400mcg, three times a day for three months. Initially, a rash appeared on my hands, possibly an allergic reaction. Ignoring it, I completed the package and decided to try Folic Acid from 21 Century. After starting it, my hands healed gradually, and the rash did not return! Now, after two months, everything is fine!

Excellent! This supplement works well against skin rashes and psoriasis. The small tablets are easy to take and do not cause discomfort or allergic reactions. I’ve found that the number of pimples has significantly decreased.
