Worth a Try

I have seen a difference in my hair and maybe the strength but not length of my nails. Lots of new hair growth. Less chunks of hair in the drain. My hair isn't all over my clothing either. Also when I put my hair in a ponytail where the hair is gathered is definitely thicker. Fine hair is a challenge but who doesn't have hair challenges. I will say that I only take two pills in the morning which isn't the recommended amount

Weak Nails? Take This Stuff!

I have thin, always breaking nails. When I take gelatin, I can have decent looking nails within a week. Oh, and my hair got longer, too. Bonus! Love this stuff

Wow!

I bought these on a whim & not expecting much but without much to lose either. What a surprise! With age comes softer nails then ridges started appearing. Nothing to worry about I've read but they are not pretty. After 2 weeks at 1 capsule a day I thought I saw improvement but 3 weeks for sure. Nails are harder & ridges seem less visible plus nail tips are definitely whiter like they're suppose to be. No broken nails for 2 weeks. I do not use polish but do use a buffer with the pink buffing cream. These are keepers!

Hair stylist recommended I use this to help with hair loss after I had a very bad case of Covid19. I have been taking it a couple of weeks and maybe I have noticed a little bit of difference in the amount of hair I am losing every day. I am going to keep taking it and will update in a few more weeks

But I definitely heal from injuries faster because of this stuff. I'm 18 years old and I know I don't NEED all this stuff. But it has benefited my body ALO

Doing what i was hoping for…

My doctor recommended that i start taking Gelatin for my nails. Last September when i had my physical he noticed my nails and how bad they looked. I thought i was doomed for bad nails because all my life they have been weak, brittle, chipped, peeled, etc. It seemed that no matter what i did, they wouldn't grow or become strong. He had also suggested taking Biotin, which i had done in the past but never given it the time to see results. This time he said it could take 6 months to see progress. I started taking Biotin and Gelatin in October, and right away(within several weeks) my nails began to improve. (it is now February) I have to admit i am also using Nailtiques Nail Protein Formula 2 Plus religiously like it says on the directions. Also using the Nailtiques oil and the Nailtiques non-acetone polish remover. This combination has proven to work for me. I had some discouaging moments in the first few weeks as the nails would continue to start to peel just as they peeked over the tip of the finger, but i was relentless in using all these products. I would cut the nail back and start over. Patience has paid off, and now i have stronger prettiier nails that have not split, chipped, or peeled except one time when i got my thumb nail caught on something and it broke. (imagine it being long enough to get caught on something, lol) I cannot believe they are my real nails. Wish i could post a picture. Now I am having to learn how to type on a keyboard having nails, lol! A good problem to have. All of these can be ordered on Amazon. I also bought some really good latex free gloves (several pair to keep around the house) to wear in the kitchen, bathroom, and sometimes while even just washing my face because water is so hard on my nails.
