Pain relief achieved
It works! We have purchased this gelatin several times. Previously, we bought regular food gelatin from the grocery store, but this option is much more convenient. After taking it for a week, my knee pain subsided. I highly recommend it!

Collagen synthesis help
Excellent! Gelatin for joints is truly the best restorative agent. Natural powder significantly contributes to collagen fibre synthesis, which is vital for hyaline intra-articular cartilage. Consuming gelatinous foods, drinks, and applying compresses provides collagen to the cartilaginous surfaces. One should not exceed 10 g of gelatin daily, split between morning and evening. After a two-week course, take a week's break before resuming. To aid in the treatment of food poisoning with natural collagen, include laxative products such as cabbage, beets, and kefir. Stay healthy!

Excellent form of gelatin! It is extremely beneficial for ligaments, skin, nails, and hair. I was advised to take it by a dermatologist, and I also add regular gelatin to my food. I discovered it is available in capsule form, making it even easier to consume.

Weak effect noted
The effect is not very pronounced. I bought it for my husband, who has arthritis in his large joints due to being a former athlete. He has tried various drugs and supplements. On the advice of an orthopaedic doctor, he consumed ordinary food gelatin soaked overnight, which was rather unpalatable. We later purchased gelatin capsules, but their effect is minimal; however, at least they are easy to take.
