I initially purchased melatonin from a pharmacy for myself, but this product appeared more affordable. The substantial dosage allows for division into smaller ones. Approximately 30-40 minutes before bedtime, I place it under my tongue and enter a prolonged, restful sleep. After lactation, my sleep was severely disrupted. This medication has been helpful. Additionally, melatonin possesses antioxidant properties in animals, also noted in plants. As melatonin is mainly produced at night during sleep, it is referred to as the "sleep hormone". The large dosage has a pleasant berry flavour and the dragees are conveniently sized and dissolve quickly.

Good product, but the bottle is mostly air. My doctor recommended 10mg of melatonin for menopausal insomnia. To my delight, it worked! I dissolve one each night in bed, and most nights, I sleep through. During rough patches of sleeplessness, I might take Ambien, but that's rare now. I rated it 4 stars due to excessive plastic in the bottle.
