I noticed its effects after a week; before bed, I take one pill, and it helps my body recover overnight. Sometimes, I can take it during the day and still get sufficient sleep in five to six hours. I'm satisfied with the product, as it has a pleasant taste, doesn’t cause soreness, and hasn’t triggered my allergies. After a month and a half, though, a break for a couple of weeks is advisable to restore melatonin levels.

False advertisement
NOT GLUTEN FREE!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!! This product is not gluten free and only aggravated my allergies further. Although it contains melatonin, this is misleading advertising. I also faced issues obtaining a refund.
