Excellent melatonin! I have been troubled by early rising for work and my inability to fall asleep. I take it 20 minutes before bed, and even if I’m not feeling sleepy, I begin to feel drowsy after 15 minutes. It certainly aids in helping me sleep on time; however, the ear infection issue still lingers, as I continue to wake during the night.
