Effectively available and indispensable for health. It has an excellent vasodilator effect, removes atherosclerotic plaques, and lowers cholesterol and blood sugar! In the form of niacin, it causes redness and tingling, but in other forms, these sensations are absent. My parents take it regularly, and it has increased their vessel lumen and alleviated vascular spasms, restoring oxygen supply to tissues and reducing hypoxia.
