Recommend I consumed the entire package, and I must highlight the difference in my health when taking vitamins compared to when I wasn't. While on the vitamins, I felt a surge of energy and vigour. I was diagnosed with knee issues in 1973. Various treatments only numbed the pain without restoring movement. However, after taking these vitamins, my knees have regained vitality, allowing me to sit on the ground briefly and pray. Thank God for this improvement.

I was born in 73. My knee pain was diagnosed as a rough beginning, and I took many treatments that only stopped the pain, but my knee is stiff and immobile. However, after using these vitamins, my knees have returned to vitality. I can now sit on the ground (for a short period) and pray, thanking God.
