I got this vitamin complex for my mother, appreciating the balanced composition and excellent value for money. Taking one tablet daily with meals is convenient, and it provides enough supply for the course. The best complex for women over 50. I ordered the 21st Century complex - Sentry Senior, a multivitamin and multimineral supplement for my mother. I chose a complex with the maximum amount of vitamins and minerals, a count of 100 tablets taken once daily, and a reasonable price. This complex met all those criteria. It contains all vital vitamins (A, C, D3, E, K, B1, B2, B6, B12) and minerals (calcium, iron, phosphorus, iodine, selenium, copper, magnesium, zinc, manganese, chromium, potassium, etc.). After a week of use, my mother's blood pressure normalised, sleep improved, and her anxiety and mood swings disappeared. I highly recommend this complex for its quality, quantity, and price; it will last for three months and is truly a gift.
