Recommend I consumed the entire package, and I must highlight the difference in my health when taking vitamins compared to when I wasn't. While on the vitamins, I felt a surge of energy and vigour. My night cramps disappeared. I purchased this for our friends, and we were all very pleased with the results. Additionally, my sleep quality improved. Thanks for this, especially since I started using this product recently. I've experienced leg twitches at night and would wake several times during the night. After starting this a week ago, my legs have not cramped since. My leg cramps have completely vanished; let's see if it remains effective in the future.
