Like anything labeled "Dietary Supplement" there is no FDA approval. No independent testing so like all vitamin supplements you are taking it on faith that it actually does anything useful. Since there is no other FDA approved you give it a try

Small and easy to swallow

These pills are really small. I honestly HATE swallowing pills and these aren't bad. Not really any taste I just got them so can't tell you how good they work but I am hoping the work. Most importantly I wanted to mention that my order said delivered when they were not. I contacted Amazon and was quickly given a refund and they came the next day! I am VERY satisfied!!
