Seems hard to digest

The size of the vitamins are a bit large. They are also very dense. I'm experiencing some stomach upset and heartburn. I'm not sure if it's caused by this vitamin or an AREDS2 liquid gel vitamin that I've been taking but I do believe the multi is hard for me to digest since it was the newest addition to my healthcare attempts. I'm likely going to return the multi and look for a powder vegetable capsule or a liquid formula multiple vitamin. The price was so reasonable and the compound is pretty comprehensive. I think you have ample stomach acid to digest this product

Don't buy this

This multi vitamin contains Cyanocobalamin. Synthetic B-12, which contains cyanide. I shop at Whole Foods several times a week. I thought I could trust anything I purchase from this store. Very disappointed. See video

Easy on my system

I was taking one-a-day over 50 vitamins for a while. All of a sudden they started to make me sick and I got sick from them. Nasty. Not doing that again. Saw these vitamins as an alternative. Have been taking them in the morning for a few weeks and no problems. Easily tolerated by my system. Usually I could eat wood and nails with my digestive track. To have a vitamin make me sick was strange. This vitamin took care of the problems and I take it every morning. It seems to have no fillers or junk so that is great also. Recommended

I'm not saying they're bad vitamins, but goodness they're hard to swallow… & I've taken vitamins since I was a child. Throw it to the back of your throat & drink from a bottle quickly- good luck ðŸ˜

Nice product!

Not bad for the price! My wife likes it. So i get it for her. I personally take GAT Multivitamin for Men, which i get for a very good price here at Amazon

It will rip your throat open.

Taste awful and are huge. Feels like swallowing rocks. I cut them in half and still ripped my throat. There is no coating. I can swallow a 4 or 5 pills at once, but half a vitamin hurts. It stays at the top of your throat and takes forever to make its way down, all the while causing sharp pain. There at plenty of other vitamins out there, don't order these
