I ordered this for my mother if you have migraines this is an amazing thing it helps to prevent them from coming and for her it works she can't go without it we had a hard time finding the dosage and this brand anywhere except for Whole Foods but still cheaper on amazo

Great Value

I was advised by my neurologist to take B2 for my migraines /headaches so I do along with the other medications I take. It is one of those meds you are not sure if it is really helping but with the cocktail of other meds I take it works great. I like they are vegetable based and not hard on my wallet

This is a great value for B2 supplement. After getting a serious head concussion, my headaches continued. The doctor told me to try B2 and magnesium for the headaches & It has seriously worked
