I have suffered from eczema and psoriasis for 20 years, making my skin sensitive and prone to cracking. After reading about iodine, I decided to give it a try. The acne on my face started to clear up as well, with no new blemishes emerging. I've lost 6 pounds in two weeks too, without changing my diet. While I scaled back on the dosage and my hands became dry and cracked again, I've had great results overall.

However, after increasing my dose, I experienced some acne, which I believe is part of the detox process. I'm still figuring out the correct dosage.
