After noticing 5 months postpartum my energy was non-existent, and I had to quit my job, I discovered I had hypothyroidism. The medications weren't helping, leading to weight gain and depression. I researched and found that a goitre resulted from an iodine deficiency. After using Lugol's iodine drops, my energy returned within a week! I now wake up refreshed, my hair is growing, and I feel fantastic!
