Iodine improves psoriasis

Great for eczema/atopic dermatitis. I take iodine for my eczema/atopic dermatitis outbreaks, which are closer to psoriasis. After over a decade of struggles, I've found that Lugol's iodine is effective. Start with 1 drop every other day, then gradually increase. Personally, I take 4 drops daily without adverse reactions and my hands, prone to outbreaks, have remained clear since increasing my dosage. Should I sense an outbreak, I simply elevate my intake to 5-6 drops for a few days, and it clears up immediately.

I was searching for information about iodine for cuts when I discovered its benefits on eczema and psoriasis, which I've dealt with for 20 years. Having sensitive skin, I often struggled with ointments and lotions. After starting this treatment, my hands began to heal significantly, feeling less irritated. I noticed a considerable improvement with my psoriasis patches, and even my acne began to clear. I've lost weight without changing my diet, which is a nice bonus. Although the experience is unique, I recommend discussing with a doctor as I’ve had very favourable results.
