I take many NOW supplements, but this one gives me a headache, nausea and diarrhoea. I've used other brands without issue. Disappointed.

Easy to take, with no flavour or aftertaste. It doesn’t cause nausea and seems to assist with my digestion and overall energy levels. The ingredients are of good quality at an affordable price.

Gastroparesis nausea relief
Easy to swallow and odourless, the size is manageable. My doctor mentioned that l-carnitine should help my Gastroparesis by alleviating nausea, and it seems to be effective. This supplement appears to be extremely beneficial so far; I would pay anything to avoid nausea!

Persistent nausea
Good dosage. I read good reviews. However, after taking it, nausea begins after an hour or two and doesn’t go away. I tried it before both an intense workout and a light one, even taking half a pill, yet nausea persisted. It’s unfortunate; I might have to give it to someone.
