Now Foods Alfalfa has proven to be as beneficial as I had hoped. I had stopped using it but returned when I experienced gas and indigestion. This natural remedy has provided me 100% satisfaction in restoring my digestive health. However, I find the tablet difficult to swallow, so I choose to chew it instead. No complaints now!

I’m very sensitive to lactose and curry, which previously caused me diarrhoea. After using this product, I can now enjoy my favourite foods without digestive issues. It's an excellent product, both effective and reasonably priced.

Unfortunately, my experience with this product was unpleasant. After taking it once a day for two days with food, I experienced severe sickness marked by high fever and vomiting accompanied by green diarrhoea. It may be wise to consider starting with lower doses if you're sensitive. Best of health!
