Clears teenage rash

Great supplement for women's health. It is a natural source of phytoestrogens and has benefits for the whole body, providing essential vitamins and minerals, particularly vitamin K which is vital for blood formation. Alfalfa acts as an excellent preventative against edema and is a renal sorbent. It gently aids in balancing hormones, and my teenage daughter has normalised her menstrual cycle while her skin condition has improved, with teenage rashes now eliminated. Occasionally, I add crushed alfalfa tablets to smoothies, kefir, or yoghurt, where it serves as a source of fibre and a prebiotic.

We use alfalfa to cleanse the body and enhance skin condition, having bought it on a doctor’s recommendation after trying other detoxifying products. By taking it in a course, the effects are more pronounced. I’ve noticed the body is well cleansed of toxins and intestinal motility improves significantly. My skin tone has slightly lightened as redness, inflammation, and rashes have disappeared, leaving my skin more elastic and well-cared-for. I would also suggest alfalfa to anyone dealing with constipation, though I didn't require this function; however, I did observe a slight laxative effect. Unlike other herbal remedies, the tablets have a neutral taste and smell.

Alfalfa is a remarkable product that helps to cleanse the intestines. The packaging is quite large, sufficient for at least six months. It contains entirely natural ingredients. With prolonged use, it effectively addresses skin rashes. We always keep this supplement on our shelf.
