This product is fantastic for my Rheumatoid arthritis, which I've endured for thirty years. I take seven of these daily, alongside a fish oil tablet and cherry juice, and I've noticed considerable improvement. Initially, I was consuming 18 tablets a day and 50 cherries daily for six months, in addition to other supplements. This product not only reduces bad cholesterol and promotes liver health, but it also detoxifies the body, lowers blood sugar levels, relieves muscle and joint pain, alleviates menopausal symptoms, increases energy, and combats fatigue caused by deficiencies.
